Choose a company you are familiar with through your own experiences in making a
purchase from them or through your employment with them. Assess the company’s
5 Ps marketing mix framework, via your own experiences and through further
research you PERSONALLY conduct on the internet. Look at their website and social
media portals to see how they connect with their customers.
Your submission should be in essay format in a word document and be a minimum
of two pages.
Your submission should include or answer the following:
A detailed description of the company’s 5 P’s marketing mix
Explain why one of the 5P’s is most important to the company’s brand.
What competitive advantage does this company possess?
Which of the customer-side elements of the core marketing mix do you think is the
most difficult for this company to manage? What makes this customer element so
difficult for this company to manage?
How effective is the company engaging customer participation?
Describe what makes you feel connected to them and their brand
