The end of the article spoke about US inflation compared to the rest of the world. While the US has felt the impact of the Russian-Ukraine war and supply shortages, our inflation has been relatively small when compared to the Middle East/Africa and Europe. According to Global Data, MEA’s (Middle East/Africa) inflation rate is expected to be at around 18.7% by the end of 2022 and Europe’s to be at around 9.4%. When comparing that to the US’s 7.7%, we can see how the US is faring against the rest of the world
