Will, an instructor at NMU, went on a work trip to Tinian, where he spent the night in a hotel. In the middle of the night, presumably sleepwalking (or nearly so), Wil tripped on the way to the bathroom (presumably due to the unfamiliar surroundings of the hotel room). He snapped his neck and died. Wil's widow, on behalf of Wil's estate, sued NMU's worker's compensation insurance. Should the claim be paid or denied, and why?
