Recently, the interest rate is about 3% in the United States and 40% in Argentina. Why do you think the interest rate is so high in Argentina? On the basis of the reported interest rates and the IFE theory, how would you predict the change of the exchange rate between the U.S. dollar and the Argentin peso?
