Electronic drug orders must include everything that a written script plus:

A) Patient's email address and blood type.
B) Prescriber's signature and DEA number.
C) Patient's preferred pharmacy and insurance information.
D) Date and time of entry, identity of the RPH entering the prescription, and any additional information required by law.
