Any pharmacist having knowledge that a pharmacist or drug store owner allows or encourages any unlicensed person to illegally fill prescriptions or practice pharmacy while impaired shall report such action within:

A) 24 hours to the state pharmacy board.
B) 48 hours to the local law enforcement agency.
C) 72 hours to the state health department.
D) 96 hours to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
