This started yesterday and is still present . It is not improving . It was abrupt in onset and has been Modifying factors - worsened by deep breaths . Not relieved by anything . At its constant . It is described as sharp and stabbing and it is described as located in the right chest and the right upper quadrant . No radiation . maximum , severity described as moderate . No nausea , loss of appetite , vomiting or diarrhea .
