The ages of father 3 years ago is the same as the age of a mother 3 years after, and the ratio of the ages of the father 2 years and son 4 years after is 10:3. What is the ratio of ages of the mother after 3 years and the son after 2 years, if the present age of the mother is 4 times the age of the son?
