The one thing about the social work field, and life is that change is inevitable. A. Policies change which requires organizations to mandate certain changes. B. I think employees should be encouraged to grow professionally by attending training and workshops but never forced to. C. The clients we see are ever changing so as a social worker it's important to recognize this anddso our best to adapt to those needs. D. It's the managers job to be a role model in this area. E. Motivate people by action to want to get additional trainings.
