0.51 is the answer. In order to find it you have to do 8 divided by 16 which equals  .509375. Then once you round it you get $ 0.51
Easy, to find the price of 1 plant, take

[tex] \frac{8.15}{16} [/tex] and find out what that is.

Because if 16 plants are $8.15

Then 1 plant is 51 cents (rounded)

8.15/16=0.509375

0.509375*100= 50.9= 51 (rounded)
