Oglethorpe was summoned to go back to London. An officer in his regiment accused him of misconduct. Also, Oglethorpe needed the parliament to repay his loans. When he faced these problems back in London, he looked back at his life and realized that all these time he dedicated his time and effort into helping others. When he met Elizabeth Wright, he decided to settle down in a small town outside London.
