For the fourth term replace n by 4:-

4th term = -6 + (4 - 1)(1/5)

=  -6 + 3/5 =  -5 2/5  ( or -27/5)  answer

10th term =  -6 + (10 - 1)(1/5)

= - 6  + 9/5 =  -4 1/5  or -21/5  answer
