The answer is reabsorption.
Kidney has a few mechanism that could be used to maintain the blood volume. Not all of the water that filtered from the blood will be dumped, some of them would be reabsorbed into the body if there is no excess of water. The process of reabsorption will be influenced by some hormone like antidiuretic hormone.
