Acceleration = (change in speed) / (time for the change)

Cheetah's change in speed = +21 m/s

Acceleration = (21 m/s) / (6.25 s)

Acceleration = (21 / 6.25)  (m / s·s)

Acceleration = 3.36 m/s²  (about 0.34 of 1 G)
