You used the process Keep Change Flip. You kept the first fraction which was 7 3/4 or 31/4. You change the operation from division to multiplication. But you didn’t flip 1/3 to its reciprocal which is 3/1. And 31/4 multiplied by 3/1 is 93/4 or 23 1/4
