Yoga can help relax your mind and help with your inner zen. It also helps with your focus. Meditation has the same effects

Yoga has many physical benefits.  Regular yoga practice can help you with your flexibility level and can improve with your range of motion and muscle strangth to improve your posture.  Yoga can improve with your quality of sleep as well.
