- only after they raise their hands and that the teacher calls on them


here are the rules written

- Always be on time in class

- Never chat with your neighbour when teacher is talking

- Raise hand before talking, and wait the teacher allows you to do so

- Have your homework done before coming in class

- Eat in class is trictly forbidden

- Turn off your  cell phone
