Well I’m unsure what exactly is being asked, but there are 3 things that have an effect on enzyme function, which is pH, temperature, and the concentration. These can impact and denature (change shape of) the enzyme, so that the substrate may no longer bind to the active site to preform a catalytic action. Note, every enzyme had different conditions they thrive and work in, it is only when that gets disrupted may the enzyme denature.
