This is the Kelvin scale - it's essentially the same as the Celsius (that is, one degree of Celsius is equivalent to one degree Kelvin, and the same cannot be said about Fahrenheit).

In Celcius the absolute zero is equivalent to −273.15 °C and in Fahrenheit it's −459.67 °F.
