Explanation:

Center of symmetry ( or inversion point ) is a point from where any line drawn cuts the same atom or group of atoms in opposite direction at equal distances

A molecule has only one plane of symmetry!

• It is the point from where the distance of the same atom are equal and they are opposite to each other !!

• The condition is that the same atom must be opposite along the Center of symmetry !!
