[tex]\huge\boxed{\text{This equation has no solution.}}[/tex]

Distribute the [tex]-4[/tex] to the [tex](2-x)[/tex]. [tex]7-3x=x-8-4x[/tex]

Rearrange the terms. [tex]-3x+7=-4x+x-8[/tex]

Combine the like terms. [tex]-3x+7=-3x-8[/tex]

Add [tex]3x[/tex] on both sides. [tex]7=-8[/tex]

This statement is false, so the equation has [tex]\boxed{\text{no solution}}[/tex].
