Plants cells and prokaryotic cells have many differences. Energy and metabolism are hand
in a different manner. What part found in plant cells and not in prokaryotic cells is
responsible for providing usable energy for the cell?
a. Mitochondria
c. Vacuole
b. Chloroplast
d. Plastid

Respuesta :

a. Mitochondria (converts food into usable energy)
The answer is actually b. Chloroplasts
The Chloroplasts create chlorophyll which allows plants to go through photosynthesis. Photosynthesis takes sunlight, CO2 and water and converts it into ATP, which is a form of energy.

The mitochondria also provides energy for the cell, but it is found in both prokaryotic and plant cells.
