- 6

4x = 1674

Divide by 4

x = 418.5

4(418.5) + 6 = 1680

Second way:

x + 1

x + 2

x + 3

x + 4

4x + 10 = 1680

- 10

1670 = 4x

Divide each side by 4

x = 417.5

4(417.5) + 10 = 1680
