A theatre stage has different parts which have their own names.
Parts of the stage:
- The left side is known as stage left.
- The right side is known as the stage right.
- The front section of the stage is known as upstage
- The back side is known as the downstage.
- The section which has seating is known as audience.
Therefore, these are the parts of the stage.
