Compare the biomes of Denver and Kansas City, Kansas. Why are they different?

Answer:

Denver has a temperate steppe biome . Denver's climate is colder. Denver also has lakes and mountains. Kansas City has temperate moist forest biome . Both places rivers. And I also know that Denver had banned smoking in public places which probably causes it to have better air quality.
