Answer: The dig site is not a known human settlement, according to the second map. The site is in the middle of a bunch of human settlement. It seems like it was a place that early humans would go hunting. If I were to put this on the timeline I would say it is at least after 800,000BC because of the small area of soot meaning that there was a fire.
