Cold war was a tension between two superpowers namely America and Soviet union. They were divided into two superpowers block American bloc and Soviet bloc following the democratic capitalistic system and Authoritarian socialistic system respectively.

  8. the weapons race became very fast as every country was in the race to collect more weapons.
  9. the cold war was based on the principle than that if you want peace , be prepared for war therefore both blocs always remained prepared for war
  10. during cold war , the international relations were based on doubt and mistrust. Both the superpowers were suspicious of each other and were of the opinion that their opponent was always planning to harm them.
