Homelessness has positive and negative effects. More negative since not many country’s have buildings for the homeless. But if everyone had homes they would have to raise the taxes to make more houses and raise payment. No matter what there will always be homeless people, because not everyone can afford the expense of owning a home. A home is a place where you live.
