Yes
For a few reasons, imagination helps relax the brain, and learning things such as art, can increase imagination, and is overall beneficial to the person. It can help you be less stressed, knowledge, is stressful, and although it may be more helpful, can stress people out way more than it’s supposed to. My personal belief is imagination IS more important than knowledge.
