move your feet when you haven't got the ball, to make it easier think of the ball as something that freezes you, then when u release it you are melted and can move again, also when you are stood still the landing foot you can pivot around which means you can "spin" around on that foot... a way to remember is like saying then you get "frozen" only your non landing foot is unfrozen and you are able to move it around to spin on the landing foot
