Explanation:

M1 = 12M

V1 = 6.5 L

V2 = 15 + 6.5 = 21.5 L

Number of moles does not change so M1V1 = M2V2

M2 = M1V1/V2 = 12 x 6.5/21.5 = 3.63 M
