Angle ABC and Angle DBE are vertical angles. Angle ABC measures (7x - 5) degrees and Angle DBE measures -2(x - 11) degrees. What is the measure of Angle DBE?

You have to find out what X is which you need to do -2 - (-11) and then do -9 - (-11) after that do you-2 x -2 and get -4
