Jane has two species of hibiscus plants, yellow and blue. She was suprised to see one of the younger hibiscus plant producing a green hibiscus flower. How do we explain this?
Both of the Hibiscus plants have different colors, when mixing both the blue and yellow gene the younger plants combined the genes and make the color green.
