Hmmm.. I solved it and got 82%. I may be wrong, but try it out.

Start by dividing 160 by 196 (which gives you 0.816... or 81.6%) which is the percent you're still paying, thus if you subtract that from 1, it should give you the percent off (1-0.816=0.186... or 100-81.6=18.4)
