safety and health are different things but they both can be good together at the same time. health is to make sure your body is healthy. to be healthy is to eat good foods like vegetables and fruit and other goods. you can still have sweet foods just not as much. to be safety is to be safe. its when something bad is happening and try to make it so it doesnt happen so your safe.
