V as a position vector is (3,-1)

Here, we are asked to find the position vector arising from the two vectors

To find this, we simply need to subtract the initial point vecor from the terminal pint vector

Thus, we have;

(-4-(-7), -3-(-2))

= (-4 + 7, -3 + 2)

= (3, -1)
