y = mx + b....... (1)

Here, m is the slope and b is the y intercept.

The given equation is,

[tex]y+3>-\frac{3}{2}(x+1)[/tex][tex]\begin{gathered} y>-\frac{3}{2}x-\frac{3}{2}-3 \\ y>-\frac{3}{2}x-\frac{3-6}{2} \\ y>-\frac{3}{2}x+1 \end{gathered}[/tex]

So, equating the coefficients with the general equation, (1), we have,

slope, m =-3/2

y intercept b=1
