Well leave the whole number as it is, but reduce the fraction part on the right to simplest form.
That should reduce it to simplest form.
Insanity
The whole number should be kept as is, but the fraction can be reduced down to its simplest form.
Such as:
3 5/10 can be reduced to 3 1/2
