I had that assignment a couple weeks ago, what you can do is check the pros of that topic online and provide them in your essay. I personally recieved an article according to this particular topic as a part of the learning program when we worked on it. I know for fact that it stimulates brain development and senses, but there are more cons then there are pros in my opinion.
