Hello:
equation is the line is : y = ax+b        a is a slope
 y = (2/3)x+b    (same slope because lines are parallel)
passing through the point q(1;−2) :   -2 =(2/3)(1)+b     b=-8/3
y = (2/3)x-(8/3)
