First, you should know that the equivalent of the root (√) is (power half) 
Ex: √5 ≡ (5)^(1/2) 

to solve this problem first we should make the dominator and nominator simple 
25 = 5² ; 4 = 2²

√[tex] \frac{5^2}{4^2} [/tex] = 
((5/2)²)^1/2 = 5/2
