-- Perimeter is 22 feet.  So (length PLUS width) must add up to 11 feet.

-- Area is 18 square feet, so (length TIMES width) is 18 square feet.

-- 9 and 2 is a pair of numbers that multiply to 18 and add up to 11 .

So (length, width) are (9-ft, 2-ft).
