Which of these protects the earth from harmful radiation when found in the stratosphere, but is a pollutant at lower altitudes

The atmosphere is like a blanket for our planet, within this atmosphere, there's a layer called "The ozone layer" which protects our planet from most of the sun's harmful rays. And yes, the ozone layer has holes, because of the pollution.
