Workplace misbehavior would be the biggest issue. Of all the rest, most will not have a large impact on overall productivity and morale, but openly harassing customers, stealing from the company, and insubordination would likely have a negative effect on the ability of the company to sell products and services and, therefore, could be troubling to a manager.
