To move our arms, the tissue type required is SKELETAL MUSCLE TISSUE. The skeletal muscle tissues directly needed for the movement of our arms include biceps, triceps and forearms. Muscles expand and contract and helps our body to move.
Skeletal muscles straited and striped muscles that are attached to the bones with the help of tendons.
