Earth is quite old and also quite young, depends on how you look at it :).
Scientists have calculated Earth to be around 4.54 billion years old. For us this may seem very old, however, for planetary standards, this is quite young. Compared to the age of the universe which is around 13.7 billion years, this is still quite young :)
