Chandra’s behavior demonstrates and is a perfect example of what is called democratic leadership. Democratic leadership is a type of leadership that can be applied on various organizations such as governments and private businesses. Democratic leadership as a style more actively includes other members of the organization in the decision-making process but it still up to the leader to pass decisions and guidance. This type of leadership is shown to produce higher productive and morale among other things.
