It is ok to call 911 so the first one is true.

The second one I'm not so sure about.

1. True, if its hurting and you see and or feel that its more than a second degree burn then call 911.

2. True, Heat exhaustion is when theres a lot of heat but you dont suffer from a stroke and you work well (thats why you drink water) and a heat stroke is when you pass out from heat.
