x = -3, 0, 4

h(x) = -10x     just plug in what x equals
h(-3) = -10(-3)
h(-3) = 30

h(x) = -10x
h(0) = -10(0)
h(0) = 0

h(x) = -10x
h(4) = -10(4)
h(4) = -40

v(x) = 14 - 3x
v(-3) = 14 - 3(-3)
v(-3) = 23

v(x) = 14 - 3x
v(0) = 14 - 3(0)
v(0) = 14

v(x) = 14 - 3x
v(4) = 14 - 3(4)
v(4) = 2

hope this is what they're asking for. hope this helps, God bless!
