"China, Iran, Malaysia, and Vietnam" and some third-world countries execute drug dealers, but the impact of this policy is questionable.
There are other countries in the world which have the harshest penalties for the drug dealers which to some people is questionable as there can be alternative solutions like rehabilitation etc.
